After playing a good few gigs on The King Lot tour and battling the cold this week, I struggled with vocal fitness a little. To fight this, I tried to get as much sleep as I could and also drink lots of water.
The only downside of the water thing is that I have to go to the toilet all the time; This can be frustrating while travelling to another city.
